If you don’t have finances to purchase a gym member ship or even some fitness equipment for home there’s nothing to be hopeless. You can still become fit by practicing simple exercises at home which don’t require proper equipment. Some simple exercises are given below.

• Whenever you need to reach something higher like cabinets and cupboards don’t use some object to lift you higher. Instead use your toes to lift you higher. This assures your fitness to your foot and ankle muscles.
• Avoid hiring loan moaners, and do it yourself. The force you apply while moaning loan helps you burn fats and strengthens your muscles.
• A common thing you daily do is clean your floor. So why not utilize it for better. You can gain fitness from this by keeping your back straight and only extending your arms forwards and then bringing them back tightly in order to move the mop on floor. It helps build your arm and shoulder muscles.
• Twice or thrice a week everyone changes their bed sheets. This can be used as weight lifting technique. Try raising your mattress above for a while and then switching it over. This action builds up your arms, wings and shoulders.
