Despite their commonness, roses didn’t lose their image as being one of the most beautiful flowers in the world. They come in a variety of colors, such as: red, yellow and white. I won’t lie to you, creating a rose garden isn’t easy, but once you see they bloom you will forget all the hard work you put into them. So let’s get started:

            Keep count of the location, you need to plant them in an area where they will get at least six hours of direct sunlight per day and where there is a good drainage, if the ground will constantly be damp, the growth of the roses will be affected. Now that you know where, you need to prepare the soil prior to planting the roses; we recommend tilling and mixing with a soil that contains peat moss or humus.

            You need to plant the rose bushes 30cm deep (1 feet) and be 100cm (3 feet) apart from each other, this way they will have enough room to blossom. Add enough water to saturate the root, and don’t forget they need to be watered often, also keep in mind that insects love roses so you will want to use a safe pesticide to protect them.

            As I said before, the rose isn’t an easy flower to handle, you will need to prune it regularly, remove broken or dead branches and leaves. But in spite of all the hard work, you definitely won’t be disappointed with the results, just picture those beautifully blossomed roses in front of your house, priceless.
